It's great to have you in the gang! It is going to be an amazing ride. Get ready to hold on tight. Between now and departure in January 2022 you will receive these newsletters and will be able to access them at any time via this website. 


Both our Aussie All-Stars and Kiwi All-Stars programs have proven to be a HUGE success! Here is what some parents have to say about the experience;

The following communication timeline displays when certain elements of the tour preparation will be communicated and when you will be required to submit information. Each newsletter contains essential information so please ensure each person travelling on the tour reads the newsletters. We recommend you do this together as it also helps build the excitement along the way.

We have set up a closed Facebook group for the tour participants. Please add yourself to this group. It is a way for us to share live video announcements with you. It is also a way for you to begin to connect with other people on the tour. While we are on tour, the Facebook group is the primary way of communicating. We encourage all students and their parents to be in this Facebook group. CLICK HERE TO JOIN YOUR CLOSED FACEBOOK GROUP



When you complete your online registration you will have received an email with a link to your personal online customer portal.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR LINK - It is the place where we collect information from you and also the place where you make your payments each time. It also acts as your invoice and receipts. We do not email a receipt after each payment as your portal provides all of this information for your records.

Please go to the 'documentation' section of your personal customer portal page to complete the tour preference question.

We offer TWO options on the tour package.

All tour participants are automatically placed on OPTION 1 unless you notify us that you wish to go with OPTION 2 before 30/01/2021.


This is the full itinerary as provided at the cost estimate provided. All flights are included. If your child is travelling without a chaperone on the tour, this is the only option available for them because this is the only way we can ensure they are attached to our group the entire time.



This package is designed to assist families that also want to have extra time in the USA before or after the group tour. In this package you arrange your own international flights to and from the USA. If you select this option, your tour begins with us at the Hotel in New York City on 6/01/2022 and ends at the Hotel in Anaheim on 22/01/2022. This will allow you to add extra travel BEFORE and AFTER the group tour. You will totally be responsible for booking your own flight from Australia to New York and from Los Angeles back to Australia. Travel Gang do not assist in anything outside of the group tour. The cost of this option is usually around $1200 AUD less as we are not paying for your international flights (price difference could change based on the deal that we may get but it is usually around $1200 AUD less). The amount difference is taken off your final payment to Travel Gang. If you want this tour package, you must notify us by 30/01/2021 through the online portal. You will not be able to change your mind after we have booked the flights.


Please go to the 'documentation' section of your customer portal page and upload a photo of your passport ID page.

If you do not have a passport, we request that you apply for one before the end of 2020.

In order to travel to the USA on this tour, your passport must have expiry at least until August 2022. If your passport is going to expire before this time, please obtain an updated passport before the end of 2020.



We'd like you to introduce yourself to your fellow 2022 Aussie All Stars cohort! But because you are an All Star, it needs to be a special introduction. Here's the challenge...

Using your phone, film the following things in the one video:

* Introduce yourself

* Tell us your name and age

* Tell us what drama academy you are from

* Tell us your most memorable performance experience

* Tell us what you are looking forward to the most about being in America in January

* Sing us something

For the song, you can choose to sing the full song or just the part you feel you do the best. For the song you need to have backing behind you. This can be a backing track played from another devise as long as the sound level balances are ok for us to hear both the backing and your voice equally (best to do a sound check for yourself before posting) OR you may choose to do it in a singing lesson with piano accompaniment (or accompany yourself if you are clever kid!)

Introduction video messages will be due by January 31st. Please make sure you post your introduction video message in the Facebook Group!

We can't WAIT to see what you all come up with.

PS. These videos help us to select which show to perform as it further demonstrates the skills of the students 


Please go to the 'documentation' section of your customer portal page and complete the form about your dietary requirements.




We require all participants to take out a travel insurance policy that covers you for medical treatment and cancellation. 

You may not be able to take out a policy this far in advance. Many companies will only do it 12 months out.

When you have your policy number, please complete the 'Travel Insurance' form in the documentation section of your customer portal.

Tip - Many credit cards come with a free travel insurance product option. We recommend that you investigate to see if this is available to you through your bank and check that the policy provides the cover you desire.

You will have the option to upgrade your plane seat to premium economy. We will survey all participants around March 2020 for upgrade requests. 

We are working with our sponsors Music Theatre International Australasia to secure an exciting show title for the Aussie All-Stars to perform. An announcement will be made in the April newsletter. Previous titles have included Madagascar: A Musical Adventure JR. and Disney's Aladdin JR.


We are still working off the original draft itinerary provided. Updates are provided with increasing detail as we secure bookings. You can download the current itinerary below.


When you made your online registration, you would have indicated your room share preference and who you wanted to share a room with.

QUAD = Four people sharing two double beds

TRIPLE = Three people sharing two double beds (+$340 per person)

TWIN = Two people sharing room (+$1180 per person)

We will look at the rooming requests in January and contact individuals to assist in finding people to group together if needed.


The next payment of $1867per person is due FEBRUARY 28th, 2021.

All payments to be paid through the online portal. We use the secure payment gateway 'STRIPE'. You can pay with visa or mastercard debit or credit card. We provide reminders via the Facebook group when payments are coming up. Your individual balance can be viewed at any time on your personal customer portal. It is your responsibility to keep on top of payments and payment deadlines. Please ensure payments are made BEFORE each deadline. Failure to make payment can result in forced withdrawal from the tour as per our Terms and Conditions.

  • $1867.00 (28th Feb, 2021)

  • $1867.00 (26th April, 2021)

  • $1867.00 (26th Jul, 2021)

  • $1867.00 (27th Sep, 2021)


If you select Triple Share, Twin Share or the Domestic Package. The costs differences will be reflected in your final payment balance. All other payments are the same amount as everyone else.
