LIVE INFORMATION SESSION
We will be presenting a LIVE information session on our closed group Facebook page on Sunday November 3rd, 2019 at 7:00pm (Eastern Australian Time). If you are not able to watch at this time, the video will be available for your to play back.
We have set up a closed Facebook group for the tour participants. Please add yourself to this group. It is a way for us to share live video announcements with you. It is also a way for you to begin to connect with other people on the tour. While we are on tour, the Facebook group is the primary way of communicating. YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMER PORTAL
You should have received an email from us by now with a link to your personal online customer portal.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR LINK - It is the place where we collect information from you and also the place where you make your payments each time. It also acts as your invoice and reciepts. We do not email a reciept after each payment as your portal provides all of this information for your records.

We offer TWO options on the tour package.
All tour participants are automatically placed on OPTION 1 unless you notify us that you wish to go with OPTION 2 before 30/01/2020.
OPTION 1 - FULL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE
This is the full itinerary as provided at the cost provided. All flights are included. If your child is travelling without a chaperone on the tour, this is the only option available for them.
OPTION 2 - USA DOMESTIC PACKAGE
This package is designed to assist families that also want to have extra time in the USA before or after the group tour. In this package you arrange your own international flights to and from the USA. If you select this option, your tour begins with us at the Hotel in New York City on 7/01/2021 and ends at the Hotel in Anaheim on 23/01/2021. This will allow you to add extra travel BEFORE and AFTER the group tour. You will totally be responsible for booking your own flight from Australia to New York and from Los Angeles back to Australia. Travel Gang do not assist in anything outside of the group tour. The cost of this option is usually around $1200 AUD less as we are not paying for your international flights (price difference could change based on the deal that we may get but it is usually around $1200 AUD less). The amount difference is taken off your final payment to Travel Gang. If you want this tour package, you must notify us by 30/01/2020 through the online portal. You will not be able to change your mind after we have booked the flights.
Please go to the 'documentation' section of your customer portal page and upload a photo of your passport ID page.
If you do not have a passport, we request that you obtain this before the end of 2019.
In order to travel to the USA on this tour, your passport must have expiry at least until August 2021. If your passport is going to expire before this time, please obtain an updated passport before the end of 2019.
Please go to the 'documentation' section of your customer portal page and complete the form about your dietary requirements.
You will have the option to upgrade your plane seat to premium economy. We will survey all participants around March 2020 for upgrade requests.
We require all participants to take out a travel insurance policy that covers you for medical treatment and cancellation.
You may not be able to take out a policy this far in advance. Many companies will only do it 12 months out.
When you have your policy number, please complete the 'Travel Insurance' form in the documentation section of your customer portal.
Tip - Many credit cards come with a free travel insurance product option. We recommend that you investigate to see if this is available to you through your bank and check that the policy provides the cover you desire.
We like to put faces to names so please upload a photo of yourself to the customer portal. This will be published in our tour handbook.
We are working with our sponsors Music Theatre International Australasia to secure an exciting show title for the Aussie All-Stars to perform. An announcement will be made via the Facebook page in 2020. Previous tiutles have included Madagascar: A Musical Adventure JR. and Disney's Aladdin JR.
We are still working off the original draft itinerary provided. Updates are provided with increasing detail as we secure bookings. You can download the current itinerary below.
We have had an early look at the rooming list and it looks as though we have been able to come up with room combinations that work for almost everyone aligned with their room share preference. We will contact you individually to discuss the rooming options we have come up with.
The next payment of $1742 per person is due FEBRUARY 24th, 2020.
All payments to be paid through the online portal. We use the secure payment gateway 'STRIPE'. You can pay with visa or mastercard debit or credit card. We provide reminders via the Facebook group when payments are coming up, but do not issue invoices. It is your responsibility to keep on top of payments and payment deadlines. Please ensure payments are made BEFORE each deadline.

- July 27
- September 28
If you select Triple Share, Twin Share or the Domestic Package. The costs differences will be reflected in your final payment balance. All other payments are the same amount as everyone else.
