PASSPORTS
Please upload a clear photo of your passport ID page to your portal.
If your passport expires before 04 MAR 27, you will need to renew your passport.

If you don't have a current passport, please apply for one before the end of March as there can be lengthy delays to get your passport.
​
We will not be able to issue your plane ticket without a passport.
T-SHIRT SIZE
We will be providing a tour T-Shirt so please update your T-Shirt size in the portal where you also upload your passport.
We ask that every student upload a headshot photo via the portal. This is used in our souvenir tour handbook and helps our team learn everyone's name.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please complete the 'Dietary Requirements' section for each tour members in the Documentation section of your portal. We will use this information when planning the breakfasts on tour.
NOTE: When the airline tickets are issued, international passengers that have dietary requirements will be reminded to request their own special meals for the flights via the airlines. This will probably happen around February.

USA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
We will provide all of the instructions needed for the ESTA Travel Visa Waiver in the next newsletter. This is what will be required for all passengers who have an Australian passport. If you intend on entering the USA using a passport other than one that is Australian, please contact us before 30/03/26.

All payments to be paid through the online portal. If you have misplaced your online portal link, search your emails for the keyword 'portal' or email hello@travelgang.com.au
We use the secure payment gateway 'STRIPE'. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. Your payment history can be viewed on your portal. Please ensure payments are made BEFORE each deadline. Penalties apply to late payments. For your peace of mind, please note that we do not provide bank details for transfers. This ensures your payments remain safe and traceable.

All payments are estimates and subject to availability of ground components and currency exchange rates.

Failure to make payment on time will result in removal from the tour without refund.
Penalties apply for late payments according to our Terms and Conditions. All payments are non-refundable.
